Marketing Strategist | Business Advisor | Wellbeing Advocate
Self-Projected, Projector 4/6 | Thought Partner
Nice to meet you! I'm Rachel. I am a lover of the outdoors, cooking from scratch, & creating beautiful things - flower arranging is my latest creative activity! I am also wildly passionate about helping overwhelmed solopreneurs transform into the industry leading changemakers & thought leaders they were destined to be.
Some have praised me as a genius for my marketing prowess but I would argue "mad genius" is a more accurate title! I love what I do & taking my job seriously, but not taking myself too seriously has made all the difference in truly enjoying what I do. One thing is for certain: expect the unexpected from me because "I'd rather be absolutely ridiculous, than ridiculously boring." -Marilyn Monroe
We have been taught by popular marketing advice that we will only be successful if: 1. We prioritize quantity over quality 2. We manipulate buyers via excessive FOMO & other manipulative tactics 3. We tirelessly strategize & automate our entire sales process. All this advice removes the human element out of our businesses & has created serious burnout & mistrust. After working alongside multiple 6-figure businesses I saw both the good & the harmful behind-the-scenes sides of marketing & I knew there was a better, just as impactful way to do business. So I created it! Now the marketing advice I share focuses on each business owner’s unique talents & way of being so they can avoid burnout & call in soul-aligned customers. We also ensure their marketing funnels are intentionally designed to include human touch points, quality content, & a consciously curated approach that builds trust & clarity with potential customers. My goal is to not only do business differently but to ensure that we prioritize fun & ease along the journey!

My business & my values are inseparable. For me, it is of the utmost importance that I align myself with other businesses who share my values. We don't have to agree on everything but we do have to agree that: Science is Real, Black Lives Matter, Love is Love, & EveryBODY is Worthy. Accessibility is also a core value. I want to ensure starting a business is possible for everyone. This is why I am committed to offering a limited amount of scholarships to historically oppressed communities. I can only offer this to a select few, so inquire about how I could best support you today. Craving more insight into my values? Just ask!
I never quite felt like I fit into small town living in Indiana. In fact for as long as I can remember I dreamt about moving away! Reinventing myself & finding my people was always a big draw to go on my own adventure. I adore living in new places & appreciate the amenities of bigger cities but I will always appreciate the manners & creativity my Midwest upbringing taught me.
Moving 1,000's of miles away from anyone I knew was the adventure I'd been dreaming of. I had such high hopes for Sunny California, California had a plethora of life lessons for me... It's where I ran my first 1/2 marathon with my friends, climbed a real mountain cliff in the wilderness, studied to take the LSAT which I ultimately decided against taking, befriended my Sephora makeup artist and so much more! It's also where I struggled trying to make it on food stamps + a poverty level AmeriCorpsVISTA salary, where I gave my lunch away that I could barely afford because 2 siblings from the Boys & Girls Club I worked at clearly hadn't eaten in who knows how long, & right before my service contract ended and I intended to head for sunny San Diego, a semi-truck careened into my car and sent me back to Indiana to heal my body & emotionally exhausted self. California felt like it was all for nothing.
While I took a breather back in Indiana I worked in retail & as a cocktail waitress. I regained my confidence & made the best work friends who I still keep in touch with to this day. At a certain point I realized I wanted to go on another adventure & I found myself in Colorado in a dream job. Just when I started getting comfortable, I got notice that I was slotted to be laid off. I was devastated. I didn't know what to do next. should i stay in Colorado with my friends or did I need to prioritize my career? I ultimately chose to move to Kansas City & take a gig I thought would set me for life in healthcare IT sector. Despite leveraging my experience to increase my salary at my next position by 60% I had this ache inside of me to stop seek CEO and start...

"Rachel is an idea igniter & an empowering motivator & guide. She excels at holding space for her clients throughout the ups & downs of life & business, which allows insight to surface from within ourselves to be affirmed & turned into action steps from her practical experiences. Beyond the invaluable technical & marketing support she has brought into my business, she has helped spark forward-moving growth & momentum in the form of results, income & market recognition that I could not have accomplished on my own. Perhaps most importantly, she has encouraged me to put my self-healing first, which has always rippled into my ability to better show up for others & my business. I am thankful for her encouraging & generous guidance that has strengthened my foundations so I can keep building up from there."

"I’ve actually worked with some amazing copy coaches, but what Rachel does is so much deeper than that. Rachel helped me unlock the SOUL of my content. Rachel encouraged me to write as ME & share stories that my clients could feel in their hearts. Often our conversations helped me unlock my personal stories, my quirky sense of humor & shed the uptight professional image that I THOUGHT I should have in my content. When I was fully myself, writing became easy. AND my clients kept saying yes!"

"Rachel is a LEGEND. She went above & beyond to take me through the nitty gritty of Facebook analytics & THEN when through every one of my Facebook ads to help me understand how to optimize. I learned more in those 80 minutes than I have in the last 10 years of Facebook advertising."
